We have probated wills and administered trusts in the State of California, the vast majority of which have passed efficiently and inexpensively through the courts to a speedy distribution.  In those cases where that was not possible, we have the respect of the courts, and of our opponents and the gratitude of numerous clients as a testimonial to our litigation skills. 

We have been involved in complex litigation involving probate and trust issues.  However, it often turns out that our clients are best served by the fact that we have broad experience outside the probate and trust field.  After all, litigation is litigation and estates and probate cases generally also require experience in more than one field of law.
